How to report an error in Telemetry's data or briefings, and how corrections are logged.
Reporting an error
Email [CORRECTIONS EMAIL] with the page link, what is wrong and, ideally, a source.
How we correct
- Briefings are corrected in place. The change is logged in the briefing's changelog with the date and what changed, and the updated date is changed.
- Data pages are regenerated from CISA's feed. If a KEV figure is wrong because CISA changed or corrected an entry, the next build picks it up. If it is wrong because of our calculation, we fix the code and note it here.
- The SMS OTP board is corrected in place, and the verification date is updated.
